What a year 2010 was for us. So much fun was had and so many great memories were made. We have a lot to be grateful for and some wonderful things to look forward to as a family for this upcoming year. We have great vacations planned, birthdays, holidays and the most important....the arrival of our baby girl! The addition to our family is going to make her arrival via planned c-section on Friday, February 4
th. That is only 4 more weeks! We are busy getting ready for her and are all very excited. Camden is going to be taking his "Big Brother" class this upcoming weekend and he seems to be full of anticipation!
Our Christmas was wonderful and it was great to spend time with family. It actually snowed a little bit on Christmas morning which made it even better. It was such a joy this year to see Christmas through the eyes of Camden. He was so excited every morning to open his Advent, play with his nativity set and I tried to cherish each moment with him during the season. We read the Christmas story many times and it was wonderful to see the perspective that he brought to the meaning of Christmas.
Despite us all getting the stomach bug in between Christmas and New Year's, we ended the year with great joy and full of excitement for 2011. God has been so good to us and we look forward to what is in store for this year. Here are some pictures of our Christmas and end of the year. Happy New Year to everyone and prayers for a year full of health and joy for you.
Camden was part of the show from the dance studio where I teach. He was full of charm that night with the little ladies in his tux!
Our first snow in the beginning of December.....he is still trying to find snow to eat in the backyard.
At
Boyds Bear Country right before Christmas.
Enjoying one of the Christmas presents that he got from Darryl and Heather!
Christmas Eve morning....we let him open his electronic
drumset and he got "Waddles" from my parents. Waddles is now my 3rd child, he has to go with us and needs his scarf when he goes outside :)
Making red velvet cookies for Santa.......we had a few too!
Sooooooo yummy!
Getting ready to spread food for Santa's reindeer on the front lawn.

Liz, Camden looks SO handsome in that little tux! I could just eat him up. I made a batch of the red velvet cookies for family, and they loved them. It looks like y'all had a great Christmas, and I can't believe it's just four weeks until Baby Girl gets here. Y'all must be so excited! Happy new year!
