Trick-or-Treat

I am catching up for Halloween with this blog post. Camden went as a scarecrow this year and he looked so cute. He was a perfect age this year to kind of get the idea to hold out his pumpkin and he definitely got the idea once he tasted the treats inside the pumpkin! We took him to the mall the Wednesday before Halloween to trick or treat and he LOVED it! He did such a great job carrying his pumpkin around to all the stores and seemed to have a great time. We also then went trick-or treating in the neighborhood. Originally we were all going to be characters from the Wizard of Oz. With us getting ready to go away though, we just couldn't make it happen. Oh well, there is always next year for family costume fun! Here are some pictures of our little scarecrow at the mall and on Halloween. So much fun!

He liked walking around to each house to get candy but he really liked handing out the candy even more. He would wait for the trick or treaters to come up to the door and then he would pick a piece of candy out of the basket and put in into their buckets. He LOVED being a helper!
