Say cheese!

We spent most of the day today trying to get some good photos of Camden both inside and outside. We needed a variety of different poses/outfits and backgrounds. We were so tired in a matter of minutes. It is really hard work trying to get him to stay still, smile, and not get so close to the camera that we can't take the picture! I really have a new appreciation for those who have made a career of photographing babies and toddlers! Here are some samples of "our work!"

We are proud of our Camden for giving us so many opportunities to catch him in action today and allowing us to capture his sweet smile and joyful personality. We love you Camden Porter.

Maple Syrup Festival and Cunningham Falls

This past weekend was so incredibly beautiful and we took the opportunity to be outside as much as possible. We went to the Maple Syrup Festival with some family/friends and had the chance to eat really yummy pancakes with the maple syrup that is extracted from the trees in the area. It was fun to see friends and Camden had a good time being outside and "hiking" like a big boy up to the falls.

Such a fun day and a great way to start of the Spring Season!

Nice weather = Outside Fun!

After all of the snow that we had this winter it seems like we are getting our Spring weather earlier than I thought we would. We have had such a nice few days and I hope the trend continues. We have been hitting the parks, feeding ducks, playing with chalk, and hanging out in the back yard on the playset. Of course with all this outside play there have been more opportunities for little boy bumps and bruises. The Elmo band-aides have been put to good use lately!
